A cleaner told a story about her boss’s son, a 6 year old. “Today, he called me aunt because he wanted me to help him. He has always called me Xiao Li before.”

The Han Chinese cleaner knew what the title of Xiao meant (It means the lower). And she was happy when she was called aunt (the upper).
